Sir Ken Robinson | TED

Sir Ken Robinson makes an entertaining and profoundly moving case for creating an education system that nurtures (rather than undermines) creativity.

Sir Ken Robinson was a British author, educator, and speaker who became famous for his ideas about creativity and education. He believed that every child is naturally creative and that schools should encourage imagination instead of focusing only on academic subjects. His most popular TED Talk, Do Schools Kill Creativity?, is one of the most-watched educational talks in the world. Robinson argued that education systems should recognize different talents and learning styles so that every student can achieve success. He also wrote several books, including The Element, in which he explained how people can discover their true passions and abilities. Throughout his career, he worked with governments, schools, and organizations to improve education worldwide. Sir Ken Robinson inspired millions of teachers, parents, and students to think differently about learning. His ideas continue to influence modern education by promoting creativity, innovation, and the importance of helping every child reach their full potential.

Giulia Enders | Big Think

Giulia Enders is a German physician, author, and science communicator best known for making complex medical topics easy to understand. She gained international recognition through her bestselling book Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Underrated Organ, which explains the digestive system and the importance of gut health in an engaging way.

Enders studied medicine and has focused on promoting public understanding of health and the human body. Through her writing, lectures, and media appearances, she encourages people to appreciate the role of the gut in overall well-being, helping readers make informed lifestyle and health choices based on scientific evidence.

Physician Giulia Enders spent years studying the gut before realizing no organ works alone. Here, she walks through 5 body parts — the lung, the immune system, the skin, the muscles, and the brain — and what each one reveals about how we work, heal, and recover.

John A. Tarantino | TEDx | T Network | Creative Mornings

John A. Tarantino is a distinguished attorney from Providence, Rhode Island. He serves as Senior Counsel at Adler Pollock & Sheehan and has earned national recognition for his work in civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial litigation. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Boston College Law School, he has represented government leaders, businesses, and individuals in many high-profile cases. Tarantino is also known for his public speaking, leadership, and dedication to community service.

In this fabulous talk John talks about how we carry many smart data driven devices today supposedly to make our lives better. In some ways, they do. But they can also make us carry the great emotional weight of being constantly connected 24/7 and never experiencing peace and solitude. The solution is to also rely on old and traditional things such as generational resilience, our stories, and our relationships —things that will hold us up and protect us when the weight of the modern world gets to be too heavy. These things will carry us in difficult times and they have worked for millennia. John explains how to find balance between the new and the old, lead better lives and be better persons, so in the end, we can all feel that “we are enough.”

Amy Cuddy | TED

Amy Cuddy is an American social psychologist, author, and TED speaker best known for her research on body language and confidence. Her TED Talk, Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are, became one of the most-watched TED Talks in the world. Cuddy suggests that adopting confident postures, often called “power poses,” may help people feel more self-assured in challenging situations. She is also the author of Presence, a book that encourages people to approach important moments with confidence and authenticity. Her work has inspired students, professionals, and leaders to develop greater self-belief and resilience.

Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Cuddy argues that “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can boost feelings of confidence, and might have an impact on our chances for success.

Stephen Oommen | TEDx

Stephen Oommen is a go-to-market leader, keynote speaker, and sales strategist with leadership experience at Microsoft, Outreach, and Accenture. Over his career, he has helped scale global teams and drive nine-figure revenue growth while championing a more human approach to business development. Through his “Go-to-Network” philosophy, Stephen focuses on the power of trust, relationships, and reputation in modern sales and leadership.

Why do people trust referrals more than even the most sophisticated sales outreach? In this thought-provoking talk, Stephen Oommen explores the growing trust gap in business and argues that real growth comes not from scaling activity, but from becoming genuinely “referable.” Drawing on decades of leadership experience in enterprise sales, he challenges audiences to rethink networking, reputation, and human connection in an increasingly automated world — and makes the case that relationships remain the most valuable currency we have.

Christie Marie Sheldon | Mind Valley

Christie Marie Sheldon’s Mindvalley talk explores the idea that subconscious beliefs and emotional blocks can influence a person’s success, relationships, health, and financial well-being. Drawing on her experience as an intuitive healer, she explains how unresolved fears, limiting beliefs, and negative energy patterns may prevent people from reaching their full potential. Sheldon encourages viewers to identify these hidden blocks through self-awareness, forgiveness, gratitude, and visualization practices. She also emphasizes the importance of developing a positive mindset and taking consistent action toward personal goals. While many people find her message inspiring as a tool for self-reflection and motivation, her claims about energy healing and intuitive abilities are not supported by mainstream scientific evidence and should be viewed as personal beliefs rather than established facts. Overall, the talk promotes personal growth by encouraging individuals to examine their inner world, replace limiting thought patterns with empowering ones, and cultivate habits that support confidence, resilience, and purposeful living.

Shane Lukas | TEDx

Shane Lukas is a TEDx speaker, brand strategist, and lifelong advocate working at the intersection of values, authenticity, and organizational culture. His work focuses on helping individuals, organizations, and companies close the gap between what they believe and how they actually show up — and on making the case that closing that gap isn’t just the right thing to do. It’s a marketplace advantage.

For thirty years, Lukas has run two tracks simultaneously: delivering award-winning brand and content solutions for organizations ranging from grassroots movements to enterprise and national brands, while working as a community organizer and human rights activist — one who has faced arrest for his convictions. That parallel experience is not incidental. It is the foundation of everything he teaches.

As founder of A Great Idea — a creative and development studio celebrating its tenth year — Lukas translates that experience into frameworks that give leaders a practical path from aspiration to alignment, and a clear-eyed look at what misalignment quietly costs. The studio serves purpose-driven brands across nonprofits, healthcare, and education.

In his second TEDx talk, What Values Conflict Costs You, Lukas invites audiences to reckon honestly with the personal, professional, and physical toll of pretending that gap isn’t there. His message resonates with executives, advocates, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers ready to build organizations where authentic values aren’t just stated — they’re lived, demonstrated, and rewarded by the markets and communities they serve.
